We are happy to exchange any item if it doesn't fit or is unsuitable within 30 days of the despatch date. Jewellery needs to be returned in the original condition and original packaging (please do try it on at home especially with rings - to see whether it fits but please don't scratch the surfaces). P & P will be charged on exchanged products, where the item is of less value we will refund the difference.
You are responsible for returning the item back to us and we accept no responsibility for any item until it has been delivered to us, so we do advise that you choose a secure method of return, Royal Mail Signed For at least.
Special Orders and Engraved items are not returnable for exchange.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings.
There are a few exceptions to this when we are able to replace the earfittings mainly on drop style earrings, however there would be a minimum charge of £55.00 for this.
Orders up to £50 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class
Orders under £50 or more qualify for free P+P using Royal Mail Recorded Signed For
Orders for £100 or more qualify for free P+P using Royal Mail Special Delivery™ Next Day
Orders placed before 1pm Mon-Fri (10.30am Sat) are dispatched within 48hours providing item is in stock.
Delivery times depends on which delivery service you chose, see options below:
Royal Mail 1st Class (Door Mat) (Delivery time: usually within 5 working days) We will pack your order flat. It will be in a presentation bag but no box. It will be sent normal First class post and will fit through your letter box. The big advantage is you won't need to be in to sign for it.
Royal Mail Signed For Delivery (Delivery time: usually within 3-5 working days) Item comes in a presentation box. You must sign for the delivery.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day (Delivery time: Next working day) Item comes in a presentation box. Next day guaranteed, (if product available), you must sign for the delivery.
Royal Mail International Signed For (Delivery time: up to 10 working days) Item comes in a presentation box. You must sign for the delivery. See below for a list of countries we deliver to.
If the item requires ordering from one of our suppliers we will advise you of the estimated delivery date via email.
Lost in the post? If you haven't received item within 14 working days, Royal Mail will class this as "lost in the post". Please get in touch with us and we will start the enquiry with Royal Mail and get it all sorted out for you.
Privacy and Security
Any details you give us are held in the strictest confidence and will not be divulged to a third party. We dislike junk mail as much as you do and in no way wish to contribute to the problem.
We do not process or store any of your financial information on this site. At the point of payment you will be directed to our secure, online financial intermediary, SagePay.
